Cultivating a growth mindset in students is vital to their mental health, interpersonal relationships, and academic performance. Not only this, but helping students from low-income communities adopt a growth mindset reduces the education gap and works towards more equitable school systems.  Growth mindset is a lifelong skill that gets stronger with time and practice. By starting young, students develop a strong sense of self-worth, increase their ability to persevere, and enhance their academic engagement.
